QM Properties new office at Jimboomba has been a success story for property sales in the Southside of Brisbane, chalking up 40 confirmed contracts in the past three months since opening the centre.
“The new sales office has worked very well for us,” said QM Properties Sales Manager Damien Ross. “It shows the old location, location, location adage really still holds!”
The new office has become the workplace of four sales and support staff who service six QM estates in the region.
“In this competitive real estate market, buyers expect a high level of service and above all, simplicity in the whole process,” said Damien. “Most of our sales are of house and land packages, which are appealing to the market for a number of reasons.”
“Buyers see them as good value compared to established dwellings, and they can get exactly the home that they have always dreamed of.”
95% of QM sales are achieved on house and land packages, which are also a result of working closely with local builders and lenders.
QM has worked on these sales with builders such as Dixon Homes and lenders like RAMS.
“We also work with locally owned builders like GJ Gardner Homes, Hallmark Homes, Stroud Homes, and Newstart Homes,” said Damien.
The Jimboomba office now services several QM developments in the Logan area, including Jimboomba Woods, Country Club, Cedar Forest, Veresdale Pastures, and Gaylehaven Estate.
All are acreage based, and offering up to 10 times the land size of competitors in the area.
“Acreage is very popular, particularly in the Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor.”
“We have been the most prolific acreage land developers in Jimboomba over the last few decades and it is great to be located in the town again. Most people know QM as the developers of the award winning Glenlogan Lakes estate which is the best acreage estate in Jimboomba.”
This region can offer peace and quiet and a country style environment, but also has a growing cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Jimboomba Country Market brings the farmers and producers to the people on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Over 300 stalls feature fresh produce grown locally like heirloom tomatoes, crunchy lettuce and rocket and homemade preserves and jams. From 6:30am to 12 noon marketeers meet the shoppers of the Jimboomba and Logan district.
“It’s a very buzzy market, with everyone enjoying a good old country chat as well as fresh veggies that were in the ground hours before,” said Damien.
“Buying land, finding a builder, getting all the necessary approvals, designing a home and getting finance is extremely time consuming. Because of QM’s 35 years experience in the industry we can make owning a new home so much easier.”
The new office is situated on the Mount Lindesay Highway at 17 Euphemia Street, Jimboomba.
