Gold Coast’s Coomera Quays sales to meet surging demand

The developers of the long-awaited Coomera Quays, the Gold Coast’s newest waterfront residential estate, have received significant interest from buyers being driven by the area’s projected population boom and the resurging demand for coastal suburban living.

According to Mr Ross, the Coomera market has been further stimulated by increased infrastructure spending and tourism-related news.

“Interstate and international enquiries for Coomera Quays have focused on the quality of the lifestyle on offer, as well as recent investments in nearby infrastructure, education and tourism opportunities,” Mr Ross said.

“Coomera has benefitted from reports of a potential new theme park and infrastructure spending, such as the Coomera Town Centre and Exit 54 upgrades, and the upcoming 2018 Commonwealth Games, along with the Gold Coast’s reputation for relative housing affordability.”
