QM Opens New Sales Office

In a show of great confidence in the future of the South-West region of Brisbane, QM Properties have opened a new sales office. The new office will become the workplace of four sales and support staff who will service six QM subdivisions in the region.

“We have a strong base and the largest acreage land stocks in the Jimboomba and Beaudesert region,” said QM Properties Sales Supervisor James Mitchell.

This has been reflected in sales in Jimboomba Woods, Country Club, Mahoney’s Pocket, Veresdale Pastures, Cedar Forest and Gaylehaven Estate Logan Village.

“Most of our sales are of house and land packages, which is appealing to the market for a number of reasons,” said James. “Buyers see them as good value compared to established dwellings, as it is faster to achieve a home loan.”

“Also, our house and land packages are eligible for the $15,000 First Home Owner’s Construction Grant,” he said.

95% of QM sales are achieved on house and land packages, which are also a result of working closely with local builders and lenders.

QM works closely with companies like Dixon, GJ Gardener, Hallmark and Newstart, all of whom have a strong presence in the south-west Brisbane region at the best prices.

The new office is situated on the Mount Lindesay Highway at 17 Euphemia Street, Jimboomba.

“Things are moving in the region,” said James.

At Country Club at Beaudesert, Stage 6 is almost sold, with only five blocks remaining in the $139,900 to $189,000 range.

The last stage, 8A has just been released with prices starting from $139,900.

This land has full town services and mountain views, ranging in size from 1500 m² to 2855 m².

Just south of Jimboomba, Veresdale Pastures, is popular with horse owners or those wishing to graze a few cattle.

“These blocks vary from three to eight acres, and are priced from $299,900,” said James.

“We only have seven left, and blocks with this zoning for livestock are now very rare.”

Mahoney’s Pocket at Woodhill has 18 new registered blocks, all at least an acre in size.

“Mahoney’s is priced from $209,900, with treed scenic views and full pressure town water,” said James.

Cedar Forest at Cedarvale is now on its final hilltop stage, 12D, which features some of the best views in the region.

“At only six minutes from Jimboomba, with one to three acre blocks, this land has been really popular with buyers.”

“Seven blocks have sold in this last stage already.”

At Gaylehaven Estate at Logan Village,  QM have one massive eight acre block left with its own dam on the market for $350,000.

“This is a sought after area due to its proximity to the Gold Coast and Brisbane,” said James.

“And land this size is just not available for the residential anymore.”

At Jimboomba Woods, 1 acre block sizes will be released soon to coincide with the opening of the new office.

“This area South West of Brisbane is growing as it has a rural lifestyle but is still close to infrastructure, and Brisbane and the Gold Coast,” said James.

“QM have great faith in the future of this region.”
