QM Properties have developed many communities and whilst we do undertake regular inspections, sometimes maintenance may be required that we are unaware of.
Please note that newly developed streetscapes and parks typically undergo an “on-maintenance” period required by the local Council. During this time, the developer remains responsible for all upkeep. Once this period expires, the Council assumes full responsibility for ongoing maintenance.
