QM Properties have developed many estates and whilst we do undertake regular inspections where required, sometimes maintenance may be required that we are unaware of.

If you see something that you think may require our attention, please notify us as soon as possible and include all relevant information, including an image if you have one. We will then investigate and our maintenance team will take action as required.

Please note that streetscapes and parks, when first developed, will generally be under a ‘on-maintenance’ period (depending upon the requirements of the particular Council). During this period, the developer is responsible for the maintenance of public areas. After the ‘on-maintenance’ period has expired, the local Council will then be responsible for maintenance.
