Anthology Offers Classy Apartment Collection

Anthology Offers Classy Apartment Collection

Renowned developer QM Properties will this weekend (March 2) unveil Anthology,  the only  new riverside building in New Farm offering a full suite of apartment living options – from one, two and three bedroom residences through to spacious penthouses.

Drawing on 40 years of experience, QM Properties has designed the six-level Anthology to appeal to a wide range of purchasers looking for an address in one of New Farm’s most sought-after locations –  the riverside, cafe-lined Moray Street.

Anthology will be a showcase for QM Properties’ high quality, owner-occupier focussed   development style, which is echoed at the recently completed Corde  Apartments in East Brisbane and  QM’s flagship masterplanned communities in south east Queensland including Pacific Harbour at Bribie Island  and Coomera Waters on the Gold Coast.

Anthology will  commence construction in June 2019, with a new, purpose built sales and display centre opening on March 16 directly opposite the 155 Moray Street site.

QM Properties Development Manager Glenn Rix says Anthology, which has being designed in partnership with award-winning architects Rothelowman,  will reflect its namesake.

“An Anthology is a collection of artistic works that have a similar form or subject, which are considered to be the best. Likewise, Anthology New Farm will be a   meticulously curated collection of beautifully designed residences, created to integrate seamlessly within its premium Moray Street address” he said.

“Anthology will comprise just 26 residences, including apartments with a range of different floorplans to suit all buyers, including young professionals and those downsizing from a home.

“The development also features three exclusive penthouses, boasting three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three carparks, complete with wrap-around balconies taking in panoramic views of the Story Bridge and CBD skyline, as well as views across the New Farm peninsula.

“All residents will be able to enjoy river and city views from Anthology’s rooftop recreation deck, which will not only feature a large wet-edge pool, barbeque and resident’s dining space, but also a lawn terrace, which could be described as a ‘backyard’, with some of the best views in Brisbane.”

Colliers International Residential Director Andrew Roubicek, who is marketing Anthology, says  the project is positioned to take advantage of New Farm’s prime location and popularity.

“New Farm has always been one of the city’s favourite areas, with recent Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) research showing it is in Brisbane’s top three highest value suburbs, with home prices jumping 65.3 per cent in the past five years,” he said.

“New Farm’s popularity is primarily owed to its proximity to the CBD, however Anthology’s location on Moray Street also means easy access to lifestyle amenities including the Brisbane River Walk, Merthyr Village, New Farm park and local schools and cafes.

“In the current market buyers are looking closely not only at a project’s location and lifestyle offering, but also the credentials of the developer and architect, and both QM Properties and Rothelowman have a long and proven track record for quality.”
