Buyers are Snapping Up Final Maroochy Rivers Land!
With almost 90 per cent of land at Maroochy Rivers already snapped up by savvy buyers attracted to a tranquil ‘country-coastal’ lifestyle, developer QM Properties says purchasers interested in the remaining homesites need to move quickly.
QM Properties General Sales Manager Damien Ross said the developer had been inundated by interest in the community, which is nestled in lush grazing land on the northern reaches of the Maroochy River.
He said QM Properties had already sold 116 lots in the 137-lot community, with only 21 homesites remaining on the market.
“Being nestled in the Sunshine Coast countryside and only a short drive to the beach has been a unique selling point for Maroochy Rivers, and I’ve no doubt having the best of both worlds on your doorstep is among the many reasons homesites have sold so quickly,” said Mr Ross.
“The community enjoys panoramic views of Mt Ninderry and an inspiring bushland backdrop, while also sitting on the Maroochy River, which is known for its pristine water quality and flocks of exotic black swans.”
Mr Ross said interest so far had been predominately from owner-occupiers, who have been attracted to the friendly and close-knit community Maroochy Rivers has to offer.
“First home buyers have been drawn to the fact it is a premium community that offers exceptional value for money, and we are also seeing a lot of interest from families keen to upsize and escape the cities and suburbs in favour of a lifestyle change,” he said.
“Maroochy Rivers is an enticing option for young families who enjoy a rural feel and proximity to the beach, and the many public and private schools and other amenities close by.”
Mr Ross said Maroochy Rivers residents would enjoy easy access to several pristine Sunshine Coast beaches – contrasted by the nearby quaint, heritage-listed town of Yandina.
“The closest beach is just over 15 minutes away at Coolum, or if you drive a little further you can be on the sand at ever-popular Noosa, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches in half an hour,” he said.
“For the best entertainment the Sunshine Coast has to offer, Noosa’s premium dining and lifestyle strip, Hastings Street, is only 30 minutes away.
“Contrasting the beach lifestyle, Maroochy Rivers also enjoys the benefits of being just minutes from Yandina – home to numerous cafes and restaurants, including the famous Spirit House Restaurant and Cooking School.
“Residents at Maroochy Rivers get to enjoy this rural feel while still being within walking distance of a range of conveniences, including an IGA, Yandina State School and public transport at the Yandina Railway Station.”
Land prices at Maroochy Rivers start at $255,000 and homesites range from 624sqm to 900sqm.
