QM Properties offers penultimate release at Sandstone Lakes, Ningi
QM Properties’ Sandstone Lakes community at Ningi is nearing the finish line, with the developer launching the penultimate stage of homesites.
Situated in a sought-after bayside precinct, less than five minutes from the beaches of Bribie Island, the new land release boasts elevated blocks, positioned to capture sea breezes year round.
Stage 17B features 16 homesites, ranging from 420sqm to 682sqm, and starting from just $217,000.
More than 700 homesites have sold to date at the popular masterplanned community, which surrounds an expansive lake, parklands and walking trails and features tree-lined streets.
QM Properties General Sales Manager Damien Ross said the latest release of homesites represents one of the final opportunities for buyers to build a brand new home at Sandstone Lakes.
Mr Ross said affordability was a major drawcard for buyers across the board, with recent data from the Queensland Government showing the median land value in Ningi was $225,000, compared to the wider Moreton Bay average of $255,000.
“Valuation data shows that the area experienced a 20 per cent growth in land value in just two years, compared to the wider average of 9.3 per cent, which is evidence of the increasing popularity of the area,” said Mr Ross.
“Savvy buyers are realising they can get more for less in a community like Sandstone Lakes, where they can build a brand-new home the way they want, just five minutes from the surf beaches, the boat ramp at Bribie Island and a range of other amenities and conveniences.”
Mr Ross said proximity to the Bruce Highway and Caboolture Train Station added to Sandstone Lakes’ appeal.
“Sandstone Lakes has been popular with a variety of purchasers, from first home buyers right through to downsizers,” he said.
“The community is less than an hour from Brisbane and close to Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club, Sandstone Point Hotel and a range of public and private schools, as well as being within walking distance of local shops.”
