Construction has this month commenced at QM Properties’ luxury riverside project, Anthology New Farm, following over $19 million in sales which includes the sale of all three penthouses, with the highest priced selling for $1.88M.

QM Properties has appointed McNab Constructions to build the Rothelowman designed building, which is located on tree-lined Moray Street, and is expected to be complete by late 2020.

QM Properties Development Manager Glenn Rix said Anthology, which is six residential levels plus extensive roof top facilities, comprises just 26 residences and is the first medium rise project to commence construction in New Farm this year.
